We can't craft Nuka Cola, except Dark. My guess is that Nuka World was being developed in parallel with 76's new crafting system so while that DLC's content didn't make it into the game, having a Nuka cola themed dlc is an extremely easy way to fill a spot in next year's road map by simply taking FO4 assets, and they know that we will love that as well.Real machines generally don't seem to have made the bottles visible before they're dispensed - I assume that was a Nuka-Cola marketing innovation, to make them look tantalising.
